- Contribute to team goals and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Complete necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
- Participate in training sessions as required to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Uphold a professional demeanor in all interactions with clients and team members.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of two years of experience in the repair and maintenance of construction equipment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting hydraulic and electrical schematics.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a set of necessary tools.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds without assistance.
- Capability to perform physical tasks including bending, climbing, and reaching.
- Willingness to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures.
