Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Reser's. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with diesel engines, transmissions, and other vehicle systems.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems and implement preventative maintenance measures.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure seamless vehicle maintenance and repair operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices in diesel engine repair and maintenance.
Requirements
  • CDL A license preferred.
  • Extensive experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This role will involve working in a fast-paced maintenance environment, with exposure to diesel fuel, grease, and other hazardous materials. You must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions.
