The Senior Vice President of Operations is responsible for overseeing the company's continuous operations, with a strong focus on engineering excellence and innovation. This role guarantees operational efficiency, effectively manages resources, and aligns project management, engineering, and operational activities with the company's strategic goals. This position leads and nurtures teams across various locations and functions, including design, procurement, quality assurance, manufacturing, service, project management, and logistics. The SVP of Operations drives performance across all sectors of the company, ensuring that our products and services uphold the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership - Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to formulate and implement the company's strategic vision, integrating engineering objectives. Partner with other key leaders to operate the business as a cohesive, strategic, enterprise-wide leadership team.
Team Leadership - Mentor and guide project management, engineering, and operational teams, cultivating a culture aligned with our values and focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
Operational Oversight - Supervise daily operations of the company, emphasizing project management and engineering activities to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Supply Chain Management - Oversee supply chain, logistics, and engineering support functions to guarantee timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Quality Assurance & Compliance - Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements across all operational and engineering activities.
