Job Summary

Crothall Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Fire Safety Specialist to oversee all fire safety documents under the direction of the Unit Director/Fire Safety Assistant Director.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement Fire & Life Safety Policies and ensure compliance with joint commission standards and governing agencies.
  • Review and document ILSM assessments and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Participate in event walk-throughs to ensure life safety compliance and participate in Environment of Care rounds.
  • Maintain all documentation of programs for Fire Safety, including fire drill and in-service training programs.
  • Perform necessary audits to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Supervisory and presentation skills.
  • Team building and coaching skills.
Education/Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, or a minimum of two years of experience in the field.
