Job Summary

Crothall Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance/Safety Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain fire and life safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff on fire safety and emergency procedures
  • Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of fire safety equipment
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of fire safety codes and regulations
