This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to join our dedicated team as a Disability Care Coordinator. We are seeking someone who can provide exceptional support to our members with developmental disabilities.

Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with DD Area Managers, Supervisors, and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure that our members receive the best possible care. Your responsibilities will include administrative support, payroll and billing, data management, and coordination with members and guardians.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist with Daily Operations: Manage schedules, respond to inquiries, and process critical documentation.
  2. Process Payroll & Bills: Ensure timely and accurate payments for DSP employees, handle bi-monthly payroll, and troubleshoot errors.
  3. Maintain Accurate Records: Enter data into our software systems, update DSP certifications, and manage manual authorizations.
  4. Communicate Effectively: Keep members, guardians, and DSPs informed about service authorization changes, weekly limits, and other important updates.
  5. Support Team Efforts: Participate in meetings, prepare mailings, and assist with special projects to contribute to the team's success.
  6. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Coordinate fingerprinting, attend member planning meetings, and support emergency staffing solutions.

Salary & Benefits

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $50,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off and opportunities for professional growth and development.


Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Administrative support, psychology, behavioral science, social work, disability services, communications, or a related field.
  • Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), data entry, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text within 1 business day.
  • Age Requirement: At least 18 years old, able to pass a background check, and obtain a DPS fingerprint card.
