Job Overview

The Abacus team is seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Services Coordinator to provide support to the Financial Services district. This role will involve facilitating and performing administrative tasks, including EFT authorizations, stop payments, warrant processing/tracking, deposits, agency inventory, invoice processing, and other duties as assigned.

Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary of $26.56 per hour with estimated regular hours of 40 per week. The employee will also be eligible for benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze and disseminate information effectively. Prior experience in data entry and clerical work is preferred, as well as knowledge of Excel, Word, Notepad, and Google email. Additionally, candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing backup support to Financial Services by:

  • Facilitating EFT authorizations, stop payments, and warrant processing/tracking
  • Maintaining accurate records through automated accounting/banking systems
  • Analyzing and interpreting financial data to provide quality work
