Facility Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Operations Manager to join our team at Owens Realty Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining our properties in a safe, efficient, attractive, and comfortable condition.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Operations: Develop and execute maintenance functions, supervise work flow, and lead a maintenance team to ensure the property is well-maintained and meets our high standards.
- Financial Management: Manage the approved budget for the property, prepare monthly financial reports with narrative, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of maintenance mechanics and porters, conduct performance evaluations, and manage time-keeping for direct reports.
- Client Relations: Maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely responses to service requests.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete daily inspections, schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, and utilize a CMMS system to assign, monitor, and update work orders.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 10 years of experience in facility management and maintenance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Leadership Experience: Prior leadership experience required, with proven teamwork, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
- Certifications: Building credentials, such as CFM, RPA, S-12 License, S-13 License, and HVAC certification.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, push/pull equipment, use arm, leg, and back muscles, and lift up to 50 pounds.
