Healthcare Staffing Coordinator

Role Overview: The Healthcare Staffing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the scheduling and management of personnel within our facilities and clinics.

  • Schedule Management: Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring that the needs of both the staff and the organization are met.
  • Staffing Requirements: Oversee all staffing needs across the Facility and Clinics, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
  • Adaptability: Efficiently handle unexpected scheduling changes with a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Protocol Adherence: Follow established protocols when addressing staff call-outs to maintain operational integrity.
  • Recruitment Support: Collaborate with the Human Resources department to assist in fulfilling recruitment needs for vacant positions.
  • Team Contribution: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals and complete related tasks as necessary.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
  • Experience: A background in staffing or human resources is preferred to ensure effective management of personnel.
  • Compliance: Must fulfill all requirements set forth by the Department of Health.
