Role Summary

As a Client Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role within the sales team, assisting the Sales and Marketing Director in managing community sales initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing the "move-in process" for new residents, ensuring a seamless transition with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction post-move-in.

The perfect candidate will have a genuine interest in sales and hospitality, be proactive and self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote the mission and core values of LCB Senior Living to residents, visitors, team members, and the broader community.
  • Enhance the customer experience for all new residents through exceptional hospitality to facilitate a smooth transition.
  • Follow up with new residents for 90 days post-move-in to ensure a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with lead management tasks as needed and provide sales support in the absence of the Sales and Marketing Director.
  • Maintain a positive impression of the community among residents' families, friends, and community members.
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality is essential.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • A valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
