We are in search of Licensed Estheticians who are eager to establish a long-term career in a stable and positive work environment. Hand & Stone offers high-quality, results-oriented facial treatments in a nurturing setting. Our service menu includes the latest advancements in skincare, such as LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, dermal infusion, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels.

Our Estheticians enjoy the chance to develop personalized treatment plans for clients, incorporating one or more of these innovative treatment options. This model allows professionals to build lasting relationships with clients through our membership program.

Your expertise in skincare and product knowledge will be essential in delivering an exceptional customer experience. We handle appointment bookings and provide all necessary supplies, allowing you to concentrate on client care. Continuous education is a priority, with ongoing training available through our Education on Demand platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in esthetics
  • Deliver exceptional service to members and guests through top-tier treatments
  • Design and recommend tailored treatment plans based on clients' skincare objectives
  • Engage in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars
  • Meet sales targets as established by management
  • Ensure a positive experience for members and guests through a friendly demeanor
  • Attract new clientele by promoting memberships and referrals
  • Maintain professionalism and cleanliness in treatment rooms and common areas
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in retail and in-room upgrades
  • Must possess liability insurance
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all spa services and product lines relevant to Estheticians
