Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mental health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions with clients to promote mental well-being and resilience.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.
  • Provide crisis intervention services as needed to support clients in times of need.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mental health theories, techniques, and best practices to ensure evidence-based care.
  • Participate in clinical meetings and trainings to stay current on industry developments and advancements.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Counseling or a related field.
  • Current LCSW license in the state of Florida or current LMHC license in the state of Florida.
  • Experience providing mental health counseling services to diverse populations.
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience/Training in CBT (Insomnia) is a plus.
