Position Overview

Immediate Opening - Dry Force Corp is actively seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our in-house Mitigation Team as a Commercial Project Coordinator.

The Commercial Project Coordinator will primarily engage with the MICA platform, facilitating various administrative functions associated with the restoration process. This role is based in an office environment, with opportunities for remote work on weekends after training is successfully completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the MICA restoration software to review restoration projects, ensuring accuracy and completion in areas such as water damage and mold remediation.
  • Coordinate with field technicians and team members to guarantee timely and efficient task completion.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any inquiries.
  • Collaborate with fellow MICA Coordinators to ensure comprehensive coverage and support.
  • Maintain precise records and documentation in alignment with company policies and industry standards.
  • Generate Xactimate estimates based on MICA field reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or a related field is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in the restoration industry or a similar field is preferred.
  • Proficiency with MICA restoration software by Next Gear Solutions or comparable project management tools is highly desirable.
  • IICRC WRT & ASD certifications are preferred.
  • Xactimate Level 1 certification is preferred.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work alternating weekends and occasional evening hours as required.
