Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with the Superintendent overseeing your project
• Familiarity with project plans and specifications
• Support the Superintendent in various project duties
• Assist in project initiation and mobilization
• Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs)
• Manage the distribution of all project drawings
• Maintain As-Built documentation
• Develop and manage project schedules
• Organize and supervise subcontractor activities
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment
• Conduct quality control assessments
• Organize project files, plans, and shop drawings
• Oversee the completion of punch lists
• Adhere to and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure job site
• Assist the Superintendent with daily reporting
• Participate in Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings
• Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
• Strong team player with a willingness to learn and grow
• Open to feedback and coaching
• Positive mindset
• Commitment to ongoing education (minimum of 20 hours annually)
• Excellent internal and external customer service skills
Essential Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial construction with a general contractor on projects valued at $10M or more, demonstrating good tenure
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary Range: $60,000 - $100,000
• Monthly Auto Allowance: $600
• Annual Bonus: 5% of base salary
• Holiday Pay: One week’s gross salary provided at the holiday party
• 401K Plan: 7% contribution (3% Safe Harbor, 4% matching)
• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and additional voluntary life options
• Paid Time Off: 15 days
• Paid Holidays: 10 days
