- Subcontractor Management: Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, including soliciting bids, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that projects are completed within budget.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals, to ensure that project requirements are met.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
