Job Title: Inbound Collections Representative

Job Summary:

MCI is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inbound Collections Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, resolving customer disputes, and processing payments in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve customer disputes in a timely and professional manner
  • Process payments and ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues
  • Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions and provide solutions
  • Escalate customer issues to managerial team as needed
  • Attend meetings and training to stay up-to-date on changes to program knowledge, systems, and processes

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or collections experience
  • Experience with data-entry utilizing a computer
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
