Job Summary

CS Energy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the construction of safe, high-quality, and profitable renewable energy projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on renewable energy projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues.
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards, including safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project and Primavera.
