4. **Report and Presentation Preparation**: Develop presentations and reports that effectively communicate information.
5. **Meeting Coordination**: Take detailed notes during meetings and assist in organizing departmental gatherings.

7. **Team Building Activities**: Coordinate documentation and activities that foster team cohesion.
The Facilities Services Office encompasses various units, including Health and Safety, Project Management, Space Management, Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC, Construction and Grounds, and Building Services. The CAO also oversees Police Services and Computing and Communication departments.
