Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the management team, maintain office systems, and handle tasks using software programs. This includes:

  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Preparing reports and presentations
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents and their families

Qualifications

  • Experience with administrative tasks and software programs
  • Compassionate and patient with a heart for working with seniors
  • Must be at least 18 years old and proficient in English
