- Inventory Management: Manage inventory of parts and equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and ordering of supplies.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training and 2-5 years of experience in HVAC.
- Licenses and Certifications: Possess all valid licenses and certifications required by federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Technical Skills: Skilled in servicing heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment, with proficiency in reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and maneuver in attics, basements, and crawl spaces, with the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Work in a variety of environmental conditions, including hot, cold, outdoor, and indoor settings, with the ability to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed.
