About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Manager to join our team. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our center, ensuring that our members have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, including customer service, sales support, and facilities management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead a team of Community Associates to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Manage the center's budget and ensure that expenses are within budget.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or operations management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
