About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Computer Hardware Specialist to join our team at SMARTECH and Associates, LP. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch hardware repair and maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform hardware replacement and repair services for desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and POS systems.
  • Travel to client locations to repair equipment, utilizing good time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Utilize computer and mobile devices to receive and manage repair requests, as well as access client training sites.
  • Ensure compliance with client certifications and maintain a high level of technical expertise in laptop and desktop hardware.
Requirements
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle.
  • Must be able to pass required certifications.
  • Must have prior experience in computer hardware repair and maintenance.
