KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide hands-on leadership from guest arrival to food service and overall operational management.
  • Supervise food and beverage services within a high-volume Italian dining concept.
  • Ensure the highest standards of service and quality, including food preparation, equipment management, and purchasing.
  • Lead, mentor, and train team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Act as a representative of IR Management LLC, promoting a culture focused on service excellence and guest satisfaction.
  • Deliver exceptional guest services that create lasting impressions.

EXPECTATIONS ON THE FLOOR...

Work hours may vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, typically ranging from 55 to 60 hours per week.
