About the Role:

As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Wendy's, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth. You will work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant operations, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Shift Managers and Crew Members to achieve sales and profit goals, while maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, and inventory management to ensure seamless execution of business processes.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer interaction is exceptional, and that customers receive high-quality food and service.
  • Performance Management: Coach and develop team members to improve performance, address performance issues, and provide feedback to drive growth and development.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor waste, and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize profitability.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum one year of experience leading people, preferably in a fast-paced foodservice environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college experience or military background a plus.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of food safety procedures and standards, and flexible work availability.
