About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Designer to join our team at Steven Ray Construction, Inc. As a key member of our design-build firm, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional design solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design concepts for residential projects, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements, and provide expert guidance on design options and materials.
  • Work closely with our project management team to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to enhance our design offerings and services.
  • Other duties as assigned by the design team lead.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in residential interior design, with a strong portfolio of high-end projects.
  • Proficiency in Chief Architect, AutoCAD, and SketchUp, or similar CAD software.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A four-year degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Experience in a design-build environment is an advantage.
