Design Sales Executive Opportunity

At The Sliding Door Company, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Design Sales Executive to join our team. This exciting role will involve representing our product line with B2C and B2B clients, providing space solutions for residential and commercial floor settings, and driving revenue growth through lead generation and relationship building.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Master product details and applications
  • Schedule meetings or showroom events with clients/potential clients
  • Maintain a high level of account management and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain an accurate and current pipeline
  • Prospect and build your book of business
  • Assist walk-ins and incoming calls from potential clients
  • Expand the contact database in the Relationship Management system
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Administer all day-to-day operations of the showroom
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of successful sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Strong research, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Solid mathematical and measurement skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and prospecting tools
  • Ability to develop new business through cold calling/networking
  • Outgoing, professional, and self-motivated
  • Familiarity with commercial space plans and drawings is a plus
  • Current and valid driver's license
  • High school diploma; associates preferred
  • BA – Interior Design is a plus
