About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paid Social Media Manager to join our team at Homestead Studio. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid social media campaigns that drive growth and revenue for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid social media advertising, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You will be responsible for building and managing campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing media spending to achieve client goals.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that drive results. If you have a passion for digital marketing, a strong analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Development: Develop and execute paid social media campaigns that drive growth and revenue for clients.
  • Campaign Management: Build and manage Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok campaigns, including setting up and optimizing ad sets, creating and scheduling ad content, and monitoring campaign performance.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, email, and SMS teams, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that drive results.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
