Job Summary

Global Engineering & Technology, Inc. (GET) is seeking a highly qualified individual for the position of Senior Instructor/Training Manager to support the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Classification in a technical training capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and prepare Department of Energy (DOE) training materials in highly technical scientific subject areas relating to work performed by our team of Classification Analysts, Declassification Analysts, and nuclear technology Subject Matter Experts.
  • Conduct training on classification and sensitive information policies, guidelines, and procedures for the greater DOE and other government agency communities, including the national laboratories and national security sites.
  • Manage and coordinate training programs, schedules, and documentation.
  • Utilize office software for data tracking and reporting.
  • Streamline administrative processes to ensure the seamless execution of training initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in a scientific discipline (e.g., physical sciences, engineering, or mathematics).
  • Master's Degree is highly desirable.
  • Active DOE Q or DOD Top Secret security clearance.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and proficiency in utilizing office software.
  • Excellent attention to detail, effective communication, and ability to streamline administrative processes.
  • Recent classification/declassification experience and at least two (2) years of direct training experience.
  • DOE-qualified Derivative Classifier (DC), Derivative Declassifier (DD), and experience serving as an Unclassified Controlled Nuclear Information Reviewing Official (UCNI RO).
