Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing team in crane production. This role will oversee all aspects of electrical operations, including assembly, testing, and quality control.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of skilled electricians and technicians in building cranes
  • Oversee the installation of electrical components, conduit, and wiring
  • Collaborate with engineers to review assembly prints for manufacturability and provide feedback for continuous improvement
  • Monitor and control costs by signing off on subcontractor hours worked
  • Assist in creating project timelines and resource allocation
  • Ensure quality documentation and records are complete and accurate
  • Determine resources required for projects, working with subcontractors, trade groups, and in-house teams
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing operation, preferably in a factory floor setting
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and crane production is required; knowledge of electrical systems and components is also essential
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include:
