Job Title: Outlet Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Outlet Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and follow-up
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to achieve targets
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, using this information to inform sales strategies and improve customer service
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and events, to ensure seamless delivery of sales initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a hospitality or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
