Safety Training Specialist – United Academy

Become a key player in the equipment rental sector
United Rentals, recognized as the leading provider in equipment rental services, is on the lookout for a dedicated Division Safety Trainer to enhance their team. This position focuses on creating and implementing impactful safety training initiatives for clients. Key Responsibilities:
Client Safety Training
- Facilitate on-site safety training sessions for clients, encompassing various equipment and safety protocols.
- Conduct train-the-trainer workshops and manage instructor training for client personnel.
Internal Safety Training
- Educate United Rentals staff as safety trainers and offer assistance as required.
- Oversee the internal training network.
Client Qualification Process
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to fulfill client safety needs.
- Recommend tailored training solutions based on client specifications.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is essential.
- Proven experience in delivering safety training for equipment operators.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, including OSHA and MSHA.
