Studio Three is in search of a talented Independent Email Marketing Expert to oversee the creation, development, and implementation of email marketing initiatives across various regions.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in visual design, expertise in Mailchimp, and a commitment to crafting compelling email content that enhances engagement and drives results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities outlined here are indicative of the tasks an employee is expected to perform. This is not an exhaustive list, and additional tasks may be assigned.

  • Design and develop approximately 3 to 5 Mailchimp emails weekly, customized for Studio Three's diverse markets.
  • Leverage graphic design expertise to refine email templates and produce visually striking layouts.
  • Implement UTM tracking links to evaluate email campaign performance and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the Studio Three Marketing team monthly to synchronize campaign goals and content schedules.
  • Conduct ongoing research to remain informed about industry trends and innovative design concepts to enhance email aesthetics and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the Studio Three Marketing team to formulate email content strategies and schedules.
  • Receive and integrate assets such as fonts, logos, images, and videos into email campaigns.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines established by Studio Three to ensure consistency across all communications.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in graphic design software and experience with Mailchimp.
  • Proven ability to design and code responsive HTML email templates.
  • Experience in creating UTM tracking links and analyzing email performance metrics.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in developing email marketing campaigns within the fitness or lifestyle sector is preferred.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and CRM platforms.
  • A portfolio or website showcasing previous email design work and proficiency in Mailchimp functionalities.
  • Able to commit to 20 hours of work monthly, including attending regular meetings with the Studio Three Marketing team to review performance, discuss strategies, and plan future campaigns.
