We are seeking a Salesforce Email Marketing Consultant to become a vital part of our growth marketing team at GrowthAssistant. This role involves overseeing the upload and coding of email content and designs across various campaigns, while ensuring quality control through meticulous data auditing in multiple Email Service Providers (ESPs), including Iterable and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate campaign performance and tackle challenges, demonstrating adaptability during platform transitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, test, ensure quality, deploy, and monitor email communications, including standalone batch messages, behaviorally triggered emails, and automated lifecycle journeys.
  • Develop a comprehensive content calendar for all email drip campaigns, utilizing tools like ChatGPT and conducting research to create content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Implement experiments and A/B testing for both individual batch emails and extended email journeys.
  • Establish segmentation and attribution within the CRM to enhance email campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze and optimize email performance based on metrics such as click-through rates and open rates.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve email-related issues within the CRM.
  • Configure dynamic content for personalized email experiences.
  • Set up experiments and A/B tests to refine email strategies.
  • Assist in the basic design setup of email campaigns using established templates.

Qualifications

  • Experience in uploading new email content and designs across campaigns, ensuring precise and detailed email structures.
  • Strong quality assurance practices, including data analysis and auditing the customer journey within ESPs.
  • Proficiency in coding emails using HTML and CSS.
  • Ability to navigate various software platforms for uploading, editing, and managing content within ESPs such as Iterable and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Capability to analyze, track, and report on email campaign outcomes, identifying challenges and opportunities within email marketing data.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Operations, Analytics, and Sales teams.
  • Engage in daily communication via MS Teams, chat, and video with team members in this high-interaction role.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in working with both Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Iterable during a period of growth and transition.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Iterable and Pardot.
  • Experience working with app-centric clients.
  • Background in ESP migrations with proven quality assurance capabilities throughout the process.
