Role Overview:
The Senior Product Manager for Satellite Strategies will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer connectivity through innovative satellite solutions. This position involves developing and executing a strategic roadmap aimed at capacity planning, onboarding new users, and enriching customer experiences with advanced features.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the architect to engage cross-functional teams, guiding features through the development process.
- Analyze customer insights and market segments to transform findings into actionable plans.
- Report on project progress, challenges, and opportunities to leadership on a regular basis.
- Prioritize initiatives and synthesize information for strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with leadership to brainstorm and develop new satellite-based products and services.
- Quickly assess and size initiatives to inform project planning.
- Drive the technical roadmap in partnership with Design and Enterprise Architecture teams.

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Design, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Strategy, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Marketing; Master’s preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy and product development, preferably in subscription-based consumer or technology sectors.
- Strong financial acumen and data modeling skills, along with experience in process analysis and design.

- Ability to adapt and respond to diverse perspectives while making data-driven decisions.
- Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities, applying technical solutions to operational challenges.
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a dynamic environment, with a desire for ownership and responsibility.

Compensation:
The base pay range for this role is $124,700 - $224,900, with a corporate bonus target of 20%. Actual pay will be determined based on various factors, including qualifications and experience.
