Job Title: Client Service Coordinator

At Banfield Pet Hospital, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our hospital staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and providing exceptional service to our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit new clients and promote hospital services to maximize productivity and client satisfaction
  • Coordinate the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, ensuring efficient and effective care
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and financial management
  • Collaborate with veterinary medical team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical background or experience in customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure efficient hospital operations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service
