About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our Franchise owner and sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Coordination: Answer phone calls, direct callers to the appropriate personnel, schedule appointments, and assist clients and visitors.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Franchise owner with tasks such as contacting customers for order pickup, labeling and mailing marketing materials, delivering orders, and tracking orders in the WIP queue.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Assist with in-store marketing initiatives, including posting flyers and managing office supplies.
  • Accounting Functions: Perform various accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivables.
  • Sales Support: Schedule installations, QC orders, and contact clients when orders are ready.
  • Data Management: Maintain databases and ensure all sales-related information is up-to-date.
  • Documentation: Organize and maintain sales department documentation and records.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in sales administration or sales support roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM Software.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent verbal and written skills, and attention to detail.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $23 - $25 per hour, along with benefits that include dental insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement. The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $48,000 - $52,000.
