We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Associate to join our team in Santiago, Chile. This role will play a critical part in optimizing our sales processes and tools to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales performance metrics, trends, and KPIs to provide actionable insights for sales leadership. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales productivity and account progress.
  • Content Management: Develop and manage sales enablement content, including presentations, training materials, and sales tools. Ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and accessible.
  • Sales Tool Optimization: Support the implementation and optimization of sales tools and technologies. Collaborate with IT and Sales Operations to ensure seamless integration and alignment with sales processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and a dynamic work environment. The base salary range for this role is $80,444 to $96,670 in Santiago, Chile.
