This position is responsible for overseeing the administrative and accounting activities of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage records and information systems
  • Perform general accounting duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and record keeping
  • Provide administrative support to the management team
  • Assist with office tasks, such as supplies, mail distribution, and custodial duties
  • Coordinate schedules for sales and service staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative services or related field
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Estimated salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience

    Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Partial remote work and hours negotiable.
