Relationship Manager Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Capital One. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with dealerships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate positive relationships with dealerships to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction.
- Optimize communication skills to create strategic deals and goals with dealerships.
- Review underwriting structures for Capital One Auto Finance to ensure efficient and effective processes.
- Guide deals through the funding process to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Analyze territory production goals to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to achieve targets.
- Partner with peers and teammates to achieve operational alignment and mutual objectives.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- At least 1 year of experience in Financial Services or Business to Business Sales.
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business, 2+ years of experience in Auto Finance, Customer Relations, or Customer Service.
