Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Identify, build, and deepen relationships with clients to increase wallet share and provide holistic financial solutions.
- Financial Planning: Anticipate clients' complex financial needs and offer solutions through a wide range of products, services, and tools.
- Product and Service Knowledge: Work with product specialists to understand clients' banking, credit, and investment needs and goals.
- Client Engagement: Provide regular value-added engagement with clients through face-to-face meetings, consistent communication, and access to seminars.
- Referral Opportunities: Master referral opportunities to grow portfolio and refer clients to segment partners when appropriate.
- Client Events: Organize client events to enhance client bonding and relationships.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance operating procedures, including KYC/AML and other compliance norms.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with all roles on the branch team to ensure a positive in-branch experience for clients.
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in financial planning and relationship management.
- Skills: Strong analytical and financial skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, organized with strong attention to detail.
- Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: Current Registration for FINRA Series 7 and 66, Insurance group 1 required.
