Job Opportunity: Campus Activator

City Teaching Alliance is seeking highly motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Campus Activators. As a Campus Activator, you will play a critical role in building awareness of educational inequity and our organization's work on your campus.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a detailed campus recruitment plan to inspire top mission-aligned students to apply.
  • Network with professors and student organizations to secure presentations in classes and meetings.
  • Present about our program to various student organizations, classes, and campus leaders and staff.
  • Identify and reach out to potential applicants on campus through email and text communication.
  • Leverage social media to create engaging posts that connect campus audiences with our work and mission.
  • Manage and execute a high-visibility marketing campaign to ensure our presence on campus.
  • Assume responsibility for the success of the campaign by participating in regular team meetings and check-in meetings with our staff.
  • Ensure all recruitment effort data is accurately entered into our system.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate student during the school year for which you will be Campus Activator.
  • Minimum 2.5 GPA.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Aptitude for networking and relationship building.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Eagerness to work behind the scenes to support ambitious goals.
  • Record of achievement in academics, leadership, and/or employment.
  • High level of initiative and personal responsibility.
