Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Educational Partnerships will lead the development and implementation of equitable opportunities for students to participate in Collegiate Academy, Early College High School, and P-TECH programs or comprehensive dual credit opportunities for public, private, charter, and home school students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with regional high schools to develop and implement strategies for student success and college readiness.

  • Manage the planning and coordination of student cohort information, orientation, application, enrollment, transition, and graduation processes.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with school district partners, Dallas College Schools, and the North Texas Community College Consortium to ensure successful completion of pathways.

  • Coordinate the development and implementation of dual credit enrollment management processes with the Academic Schedule Team, Student Success, and Information Technology areas.

  • Collaborate with Student Success Coaches and faculty to provide college and career readiness preparation solutions, including planning for academic preparedness through orientation, bridge programming, workforce internships, and career readiness resources and experiences.

  • Develop and distribute communication and materials from welcome to graduation specifically for dual credit students.

  • Collaborate with Strategic Analytics on producing graduate reports for partners and internal reporting to administrators.

  • Coordinate planning for involvement of dual credit students in workshops and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher plus three (3) years of related experience.

  • Official transcripts are required.

  • Current and valid Texas driver's license required.

  • Bilingual or multilingual preferred.

Working Conditions

The Senior Manager, Educational Partnerships will work in a standard office environment and will require in-person interaction and coordination of work with other employees, students, external clients, partners, or customers.
