Nurse Educator

We are seeking a Nurse Educator to join our team at TSC Career Institute. As a Nurse Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the skills of future healthcare professionals.

The responsibilities of this position include:

Developing and delivering educational experiences for students

Creating and implementing lesson plans based on approved course materials

Collaborating with the Program Director to develop and assess the curriculum

Providing academic and personal counseling to students

Maintaining and managing the Skill Laboratory and recommending new equipment and software

Coordinating student activities and providing supervision

Assisting and guiding new faculty members

Building and maintaining relationships with clinical site representatives

Scheduling regular meetings with students to provide academic feedback

Ensuring consistency in learning objectives across different educational settings

Please note the following requirements:

Proficiency in both verbal and written English/Spanish communication

Completion of an accredited Nursing program recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), or graduation from a recognized training entity (e.g., hospital-based program) in Nursing

A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Nurse providing direct patient care

Possession of a current Registered Nursing license in good standing, certification, or other designation as required by local, state, or federal laws

Demonstrated dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Commitment to staying abreast of advances in nursing practice and education

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and general computer skills
