Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Resource Employment Solutions. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, you will provide exceptional customer service while managing front-desk operations, handling incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff or departments, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Phone Support: Answer and route incoming phone calls in a polite and efficient manner, taking messages or providing basic information when needed.
  • Mail and Deliveries: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring they are distributed to the correct recipients promptly.
  • Scheduling: Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings for staff and visitors.
  • Office Supplies: Monitor and maintain office supplies, ordering new stock as needed to ensure the office is well-equipped.
  • Data Entry: Assist with basic data entry tasks, including updating contact lists, filing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including assisting with document preparation, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Customer Service: Handle inquiries and provide general information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and common spaces are kept tidy and organized, creating a clean and professional environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment (phones, printers, scanners).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with clients, staff, and visitors.
