Job Highlights

CCL Label, a global specialty packaging pioneer, is seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and assist with the sign-in process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Answer calls and transfer to the appropriate employee or department, providing timely and accurate assistance.
  • Support the HR department with job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Order food items for visitors and ensure conference rooms are prepared for meetings.
  • Oversee the employee lunchroom ordering process and maintain adequate supplies.
  • Sort and distribute mail, ensuring all outgoing mail has required postage.
  • Update and maintain the digital welcome sign for visitors.
  • Support the HR department with administrative tasks, including invoice reconciliation and file documentation.
  • Develop new hire packages and set up new hires for facility access.
  • Assist with special events, such as company meetings and celebrations.
  • Collaborate with the Safety Manager on special projects and requests.
  • Maintain social media posting as requested.
  • Assist with payroll processing and provide backup support.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in a receptionist role, with experience working within an HR department preferred.
  • Courteous personality with a welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to work with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
  • Ability to work with confidential information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask and change priorities as needed.
