Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the USA, focusing on Original Equipment Manufacturers.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay up to date with Baresque's product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
  • Work closely with the Australian head office and other team members to align strategies and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and business development progress to senior management.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the interior design, architectural, or building materials and OEM industry.
  • Strong understanding of the interior design and architectural market in the USA.
  • 3+ Years B2B Experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Well-connected within the industry with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-Starter with the ability to work independently with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel within the USA as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
