Job Summary
The FFT Family Specialist plays a vital role in supporting foster youth and their families through case management services, tailored interventions, and collaborative treatment planning. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package includes a competitive benefits program, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide home-based services, working closely with the Family Therapist and DCF to support foster youth and their families.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each family.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including DCF and other community agencies, to ensure effective intervention strategies and support for clients.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in case management or related services.
• Experience in family systems, complex family dynamics, and providing in-home services. Knowledge in home-based therapy, child welfare systems, attachment theory, and family therapy models.
