With our recent expansion into Tampa, there will be opportunities for travel as you assist in recruitment efforts in that region, with plans for additional offices in the near future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the representative of the firm by leveraging social media to attract exceptional young talent in the Houston area.
  • Work within set timelines to cultivate a talent pool for our hiring events, manage participant attendance, and provide feedback and offers post-event.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify the characteristics of successful employees, enabling you to evaluate potential candidates based on these successful traits.
  • Maintain and enhance a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews via phone and arrange meet-ups prior to interview days to ensure suitable candidates are presented to our leadership team.
  • Assess candidates for suitability based on interview feedback and resume evaluations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for candidates, addressing inquiries throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an internal talent acquisition role, actively involved in scaling operations and hiring significant numbers of staff through various recruitment methods.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey the unique culture and opportunities available at Amundson Group.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • High energy and enthusiasm for delivering on projects.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving recruitment targets.
