We are seeking a seasoned sales representative to join our team as a business development professional in the construction industry. This role involves selling our commercial line of business, focusing on door and related door products and services.

Job Description

  • Sell our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related door products and services to decision-makers.
  • Build relationships with commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12 institutions, municipalities, and hospitals in Houston and surrounding areas.
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum two years' experience in outside sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Estimated annual salary: $65,000 - $85,000, based on experience.
