Role Overview
We are in search of a proactive and motivated Business Analyst to work closely with our executive leadership team. This position offers a unique development opportunity through a two-year rotational program, providing you with valuable experience across various business units and international operations, as well as exposure to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist your designated Executive Leadership Team sponsor in driving strategic goals and initiatives within their respective business area.
  • Conduct critical analysis and deliver insights aimed at facilitating change and enhancing outcomes.
  • Uphold confidentiality and exercise discretion in managing communications within the executive suite.
  • Effectively manage a demanding workload and international travel requirements, ensuring timely results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lead a global initiative throughout the duration of the two-year program.

Qualifications

Experience & Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) with 5-8 years of relevant professional experience prior to enrollment in the MBA program.
  • Experience in the energy sector (preferred), ideally within a large, international corporate environment.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proven analytical skills, particularly in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to achieving high standards and the resilience to meet extensive travel demands.
  • Willingness to relocate as part of the rotational program.

  • This role may necessitate domestic and potentially international travel of up to 25%.
